Booking Condition
By reserving the lounge, the customer accepts our terms and conditions, which can be found on the Facts & Info page. These include, among other things, the dress code, alcohol and drug consumption, and our age restrictions (these may vary depending on the event). A lounge reservation does not guarantee entry. The minimum consumption does not include admission. If the minimum number of guests in the lounge is exceeded, an additional charge of €30 per person will apply. Cancelation Condition
Eine kostenfreie Stornierung ist bis zu 12 Stunden vor dem Event möglich. Nach Beendigung der Frist behalten wir uns vor, eventuell anfallende Stornierungs- und Bearbeitungsgebühren in Rechnung zu stellen. In jedem Fall wird die Anzahlungsgebühr in Höhe von 25% einbehalten. Dies gilt auch in dem Fall, wenn keine telefonische oder schriftliche Absage erfolgt.
